Ros has worked as a trainer for the past 23 years. She started as an IT tutor in the days of floppy disks and computers the size of a small car. Ros became a qualified teacher in 2005. This sparked her enthusiasm to inspire other tutors, trainers and assessors, to improve their teaching skills. In 2016, Ros Co-Founded Panda Education and Training Ltd to provide professional development opportunities to those working in adult, vocational and technical education. Ros is passionate about creativity and innovation in learning delivery in order to allow learners to be independent and progress personally and professionally in a fun and supportive environment.
