Our mental health tutor, Jamie, provides an introduction to wellbeing. He talks through 5 modules, with activities for you to complete to raise your awareness of what wellbeing is; simple methods you can use to improve your wellbeing for a better life and where you can find support.

Jamie is an adaptive, passionate facilitator with a professional focus on providing the best learning experience. He is an NLP master practitioner, mental health instructor, safeguarding trainer, coach and hypnotherapist. He is a proud father and husband, professional mental health and wellbeing facilitator, coach and entrepreneur. Serving 25 years in the Royal Air Force has created a deeper understanding of human interaction and developed the experience necessary to provide you and your organisation with the knowledge to become happier and more productive. As well as teaching Mental Health and Wellbeing for Panda Education and Training Ltd, Jamie is the Co-Founder and Director at YourNorth and YourNorth Veteran Support CIC.
